Terms of use

By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipment.

You will receive tracking information once it becomes available. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to become active, so you can accurately track your package.

Domestic (within the USA)

  • Standard Shipping - Delivered in 7 business days

  • Priority Shipping - Delivered in 3 business days

  • Express Shipping - Delivered in 1-2 business days

International (outside of the USA)

  • Standard Shipping - Delivered in 10-21 business days

If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or refused, eWKUKs… will not provide any form of refund nor will we reship the order.

**We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax and shipping charges on products shipped within the State of California and within the united states.

eWKUKs… is NOT responsible for misdelivered packages. If you have made errors in the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail.

*If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that you order is going to be shipped, please contact CustomerSupport@ewkuks.com immediately so we can send you your tracking number.

Return Policy

Cancellations are currently not allowed.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by EWKUKS before Returning or exchanging merchandise. Simply e-mail your reason for the return or exchange and your Order number to customersupport@ewkuks.com to start your return/exchange process. If authorized, domestic orders will be provided a prepaid shipping label. If you would like to exchange an order placed online in-store at our LA flagship location, we will gladly provide you with a return authorization form and start the process.

After we have received your returned or exchanged goods, we will inspect them to make sure it meets our policy’s requirements before sending out your new item(s). 

Unfortunately, if your request is not accepted, that means your order conflicts with one or more of our policy's requirements below:

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions. 

Please Note: Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Ewkuks. Artist Collabs and other limited edition apparel are FINAL SALE; underwear, swimwear, and other merchandise marked final sale cannot be exchanged. Other items may not be eligible for return/exchange. Original shipping fees are not refundable, however a shipping label will be provided for domestic orders to return the merchandise. 

Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 days of your purchase, but there are no refunds (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about making an exchange).  Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when making an exchange. To be eligible for exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition/packaging that you received it (unworn, has not been washed or altered in any way, and includes original hangtags).

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an explanation of the item(s) you are exchanging for.  Send us an email at CustomerSupport@ewkuks.com for a Return Address and Mailing Instructions.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your item, and if it has been approved for exchanging or not.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 7 business days. 

Due to different variables in computer monitors and screens, colors may look slightly different than it is appearing on your screen.  We work hard to get the images to match the true color(s) of the merchandise, but with the different variables with other computer screens/monitors, we are unable to accept exchanges due to the color of the merchandise once received. 

Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the cancellation of your exchange.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
